Missing Achievement Titles

Since the launch of A Realm Reborn, there have been titles missing from legacy achievements. I have submitted tickets before but never got a response. I was hoping after the new achievement update that maybe they would appear but they haven't. I am missing seven achievement titles, "Crystal Bearer," "Divine Crusher," "Stonesplitter," "Inquisitor," "An Ixal's Worst Nightmare," "An Amalj'aa's Worst Nightmare," and "A Kobold's Worst Nightmare."
