Stat bias regarding ruby dragon
Hi, I just finished my 78th ruby dragon window without catching it, which means I have tried for this fish for over 13 months/39 in game hours sitting on that fishing hole. I couldn't help noticing the following things happening to my character/IP address/Client:
1. The chance for Ku'er to get away is supposed to be 33% according to community data, but from my experience it was way higher than that for me (258 bites, only landed 112 catches)
2. Ruby dragon doesn't seem to exist for me, given how rare the fish window is (once per week), most fishers can catch it within 15-20 attempts. The average should be somewhere between 10-13 windows for that fish, however I'm on my 78th ruby dragon window now, and still struggling to catch it. Please check if there's anything wrong with such statistical bias, and please please address it for extreme cases like me, failing to catch a fish for over a year while making to most of its windows, no matter what fish it is, it's ridiculous.
This stat bias is kinda getting ridiculous, as this is far beyond "unlucky", so I'm posting here to request a bug check to see if anything is actually going wrong.
If nothing is technically wrong, my suggestion would be make ruby dragon a guaranteed catch after 30 windows (roughly takes 6-7 months), or make it pseudo random (improve it's initial difficulty, and gradually lower its difficulty after each attempt), so extreme cases won't happen, and people have to actually earn grandmaster caster title.
My character is: Microsoft Ceo, Leviathan, Primal.
