Not many things bother me, but when I can't launch my retainer, in any of the wards, for 2 solid weeks, that's ridiculousness. I have no way to sell my goods and thus make money, so I can't buy new stuff, and continue to get new stuff to sell. This should really be a priority fix.
Slow on the news uptake are we? Just have a look at the news for market houses.
wait one more week and u will be able to summon and sell in any city without problems =)
Or use a stall until then, they are almost always open. that should hold you until patch day
Yes you can sell in any of the city and people can access them easily, but the question is, Will they?
This is just a sort of quick fix, until they can make things global, but why should I even bother looking at the empty Limsa/Grid wards when I know for 100% sure I will always find things in the Uldah Ward and I will go there first?
I think this patch is good, but I still think people will struggle to sell because the Uldah is just that much bigger and has more people will use it more often.
Along with this patch there needs to be some form of reset for retainers, weekly resets or timers on retainers to get them depopping, especially if they have no items on them. Otherwise I fear it will just be another pointless feature that is kind of nice, but for the majority of sellables will be useless because everyones still going to look at the Uldah ward anyway.
