Several people in my guild were looking to get an inking picture of our avatars for a project int he near future and I was wondering if anyone was taking up some jobs or offering to draw-with pay of course.

I would REALLY check out the reddit forum for FFXIV, it's littered with great artists that post their work so you can get an idea of what style you would want to have created.
You can also reach out to them directly, as they normally post their social media links for work.
