Gm Laghegath was amazing. I reported my issue and within the hour they responded to me and asked for further details if I had them to share. They were incredibly professional and kind, they didn't rush the complaint as if passing through tickets trying to close them. In other MMO's, you file a complaint and it lies in the ether and you don't know if it's even read, not with FFXIV. It's nice to know FFXIV has people like this on watch! 10/10
