If there's one hidden somewhere that I've missed please do tell. Or a /command to toggle them on for the sake of positioning them. Have you ever attempted to position the casting bar, unless you've got someone to raise you have just 3/4 seconds and it's gone, moving dialogs isn't as bad, but if you could have them all up, and even a grid (and snap to grid) would be crazy useful and convenient.
