guildhest for solo FC?

Is it possible to do these solo since I have a solo FC?

Yes.
Actually guildhest has nothing to do with FC at all, you got matched with other players, finish the objective and gain exp.

Not sure if can solo unsync tho.

you cannot unsync guildhests.
