Quest "If I had a glamour" doesn't show up

Hello Everyone

I wanted to try the glamour dresser at the inn, but it didn't work at all. I've read that i need to complete 3 quests il western thanalan by speaking to swyrgeim. I've already completed the firs one Color Your world, but the second one doesn't show up. Swyrgeim doesn't have any quest icon on her. I've also checked the journal just to be sure but there's no sign of the remaining 2 quests.

Where are you in the MSQ?
If I remember right the Color Your World quest is yellow and is unlocked right away, but the two glamour quests are blue quests after you're past a certain point in the story (level 15 quests I wanna say?)

I've finished ARR quests, I've just completed lv 50 Heavensward quest "Disclosure"
