Question regarding the new community finder

Is this treated the same as the forums when it comes to disciplinary action? Like, as a pure example if someone was posting racist remarks etc in your comment section and you reported it would the post just be deleted or would mods/GM take action against the account as well and prevent them from posting etc?

Even though its part of the lodestone it seems to be managed somewhat differently and if a post where to be reported there is no follow up response from anyone afterwards alerting you whats going on etc.
