Need help with i2501 issue

I recently bought the Shadowbringers PC download standard edition. Upon applying the code in the mogstation, I get the error i2501.

I emailed support and got a reply asking for some info, but nothing came out of it after giving the info they need.

The country where the credit card is issued and my current location is the same. In fact, using the same credit card, I am able to sub to FFXIV just fine. Waited 24hours but the error persists.
