[request] Far eastern smock

I don't get why this chestpiece is under gender lock, since we have a lot of female NPC using it.
There's too little options for "far eastern" glams, and one is behind 3 months (or something like that) quest.
Please SE, give us this option

I agree. And it would look decent on any Far Eastern class roleplay. Make it happen Square Enix!

The male counterpart to the Ishgardian gown is the Adept's set, and a level 1 version of that would be fantastic - specifically for the boots. They are nice boots.

(Or at very least make those female-locked thighboots gender-neutral!)
