The oddest graphical glitch and can't figure out how to correct it. It by no means impacts my gameplay, but it is rather bizarre. Would this be the result of a bad graphics card or monitor? When playing with an hdmi device, there are no green dots in the textures (example would be in the clouds, the moon, in blonde hair when under certain lighting, and on the character menu in the brighter grey areas.)
