Sightseeing Spot 31 broken

So I have hunted down all the sightseeing spots of ARR over the last week.
And Sightseeing Spot 31 doesn't work.
I tried all the spines, looked at guides, used the Sightseeing tracker for perfect time and weather.
I have tried 31 HOURLY for two days. Every hour I ran there, waited for time and weather, no success. I had camped it for six hours without leaving yesterday.
I never even get the "Arrived at Vista" message.

There is no sightseeing spot at Thalaos.
But the achievement, the paintings, everything is locked until I get it.
Which I can't.

Has the spot been moved, like the Leatherworker guild one?
But then to where? Cause the text still says "tip of the ancient one", but none of the spines has a vista at the end. And moving it off the spines without changing the text is infuriatingly misleading.

If anyone wants beautiful screenshots of me chilling on the spine at the perfect time and weather with a chat void of a vista message, I can provide. Not like there's much to see anyway currently.

I know the spot, and have filed a report on it. You can get the vista message if you jump at the tip of one spine, but you leave the vista when you land, preventing you from doing the /lookout emote to claim it.

I've tried for hours and can't find a spot to stand on it that works.

Oh my god, you're right.
The spot is ABOVE the tip, it appears during jumping.
I will file another bug report (though I doubt they will actually fix content this old, as furiating as it is since this locks out all paintings, an achievement, etc).

My guess is they were trying to apply a fix to Shadowbringer Sightseeing log #31, which seems to have also been troubling people, and mistakenly adjusted the Z coordinates of ARR #31.

Hopefully they'll put out a hotfix soon enough, since it seems like it was obtainable before the last patch.

Can confirm/agree:

When I climb to the top, the vista "node" is set just above the actual hitbox the character climbs. So, when I get to the top, if I jump I can see "You have arrived at a vista!" but as soon as a land again, "You have strayed too far from the vista."

I am unable to complete the sightseeing log because this vista's Z position is not correct, or the radius is too small to reach the hitbox where I can stand (I am guessing).

I have tried walking closer to the edge, but just fall off without the "You have arrived.." message. It only appears when I jump.


If it matters, I am a highlander.
