How do you manually demolish your home?

Hello, I wish to transfer servers to be with friends and to do that I must "Relinquish Land". The only problem is when I try to do that I get the message, "Unable to relinquish land. The estate hall and furnishings must first be removed."

I looked online about that message, because I have no furnishings placed or in my storeroom and they said to first demolish your house. The relocation status has both green check marks indicating I can relocate.
Can anyone help me figure out how to manually demolish my house so I can relinquish my land which will allow me to relocate to another data center.

Are you certain you do not have anything both inside and outside + storage?

Social, Housing, Estate Hall, Remove Estate Hall. As long as you do not have any furnishings down the estate hall will disappear and you will be able to relinquish the land.

Thanks, this worked... I'm not sure how I missed that earlier, guess I was just still tired.

Note you cannot transfer your house to another data center. You will have to purchase a new place when you arrive on whatever world your transfering too. Relocation does not function across worlds or data centers.
