LVL 80. What do?
Hey all. As I have finally gotten to lvl 80. about 6months after starting to play this game. What are some things I should work on?
I've not done endgame in FFIX before so I am rather lost.
I have no FC as I'm not one to just accept rando invites. And I have very little unlocked outside of the stuff you get in the MSQ. I got POTD tho. and a few side duties.

There is raiding. There are normal raids (the eden raid for this expansion), there's savage raids (the hardcore version of Eden, basically THE endgame content), there is alliance raids (nier raids for this expac). Normal and alliance can be completed blind, savage will take practice.
Gear wise, you get stopgap gear with eden normal and nier raids while building up phantasmagoria tomestones and completing savage raids for the best gear.
You don't have to do savage though, most don't. There are also beast tribes (only fairies atm, more will be added in future patches), more trials will come in future patches, ex trials if you want something more challenging that isn't savage, etc
You could get into crafting, that's a big time spender even if its less so now.
You can also go back to older content you may not have done yet. Raids, optional trials, etc. Maybe do an older relic weapon (shadowbringer's relic weapon series will probably start next major patch).

If you want to see all the content in the game, follow up any quests that are marked with a blue 'plus' symbol on their quest markers, because they'll always start you on a quest chain to unlock something or other. There are a lot of optional dungeons and raids that you might have skipped along the way, and some of them tie back into the main story. Have a look around the various capital cities plus Mor Dhona.
For actual endgame stuff now (and assuming you're up to date with MSQ), you'll want to unlock:
- the two optional dungeons, the Twinning and Akademia, which will allow you to access the "Expert roulette"
- the Eden raid series
- extreme trials
Most of the unlock quests start at the Crystarium, but the Akademia quest is in the Eulmore slums.

Im in same bussnies here like many other similar threads ppl write questions asking on what to do, and where to go from point A to B.
My only answer to you : Follow the fun.
Easy to say, hard to make?
Then remember that you hold unlimited possibilities, just only you limit yourself.
