Roulette not so random

I thought the roulette quests were supposed to be random but Mt. Gulg 4 days in a row for levelling doesn't seem very random to me.:confused:

The roulette is used to fill places in dungeon parties, so the higher level you are, the more likely you'll be pulled into high-level dungeons because less people are able to do it. The majority of people in the queue are underneath the dungeon level.

5 words... 1000 yawns of total crap

we all know there are certain default dungeons at this point cause in no universe would roulettes hit on the same one for so many people so often

I had a stint back in early HW where EX gave me Neverreap every day for 3 weeks straight. Even now, with 4 choices in EX, I almost always get Anyder (I've seen Cosmos ONE time since my initial clear on release day). Had another time in SB where me and 2 guildies went into leveling roulette, all of us in the 60+ range, and got thrown into Tam-Tara normal...with another 60+.

Roulette assignments be trippin'. Just gotta roll with it.

I had crystal tower for a whole month (29 days) streak, just got broken yesterday when it was Dun Scaith for 24 alliance raid roullette.

That is because people actively manipulate Alliance Raid Roulette by lowering their Itemlevel before queueing

To be fair, Expert Roulette up until Stormblood was always just 2 dungeons—so you had a 50/50 shot of getting Neverreap always when it was in the roulette. The randomness of roulettes seems much less random when you only have 2 options to pick from.

And yet I feel like my point stands, especially in light of my other 2 examples, as well as those given by others.
