Make it worth for guildhest

As we know Guildhest probably one of obsolete function in FFXIV but at the same time it is useful to someone new in this game as Guildhest teaching us Party synergy. For new player, in order to lessen the failure in the future they need to learn common in combat mechanic. Sadly for Guildhest which its time was stopped in ARR expansion did not teaching us new mechanic. For veteran like us probably no issue but as I can see when I in Duty Roulette: Mentor, there are several issue on new player regarding the party synergy:

1. When Trials or Raids, Tank stance always on even they not even main tank. It could bring harm to party as some bosses using cleave attack or wide attack.
2. Not share their stack marker. If die alone could be not much issue but some people actually chase the marker to save them then sadly the damage share is not enough. Several party member dies and will affected Duty damage.
3. Not read or aware mobs or boss skill. Mechanic failure can be simply because of this.
4. Unable to comprehend common mechanic alert such as gaze, stack marker, away marker and tether. Failing to do this probably get debuff or dead.

As you can see, failure percentage is high but SE never get over it. Therefore, I suggest so revamp needed to guildhest such as below.

1. Introduce new guildhest or related to teach common mechanic
2. Give more reward such as EXP to veteran as they going with newbies.
3. Probably instead it become Guildhest, it could be introduce in Novice hall.

Well, I only saying and I know this system is already obsolete but it not hurt to give some concern to new player.

I do agree they should bring back the teaching systems to help teach the players.
I had fun with the guildhests but there wasn't many of them.

i think this is a great idea especially when hall of the novice doesnt really teach enough to new players. its also odd to just have a roulette that you basically never do cuz it gives very little exp, so making it relevant would be nice too.
