Game Does not load or crashed when loading cutscene

Steps: This is a long one, but I've tried every steps I could find.

The first time I had a similar issue was about last year. When the game would launch certain cutscenes, the game would suddenly crash without warning or error codes. This got extremely problematic when the game would load at that very same cutscene.

I had tried everything I could to try and get the game running again. I even upgraded my video card to see if it was out of spec, but even then did not change the outcome.

When I first contacted Technical Support, we went through quite a few steps, and we did get it working again by using a launcher outside of Steam. Only when we did this, was the game able to launch again. It worked this way since this issue happened to me.

Now a week back, we now have to use the Steam launcher again, it's now mandatory or the game will not launch. When this was announced, I was nervous, since my off-steam launcher was the only way I could play the game. The update happened, and my launcher could no longer log me in. So I downloaded the Steam version again.

It was running fine at first, until I reached the Bard 65 Class quest "One Autumn's Secret". It was running fine, until I reached the solo duty, and cleared it. I defeated the enemies, kept my allies alive, and cleared it. The screen went back, and started loading the next scene.

But the game never stopped loading. It just kept circling endlessly. I left it there for 20 minutes, and thinking the game had frozen, I closed it down, and launched again.

The title screen appears, I'm able to select my character, and try to log. It even tells me if the server has reached the maximum before launching he loading screen.

Once the loading screen opens though, it never stops loading and never leaves or the game will simply crash and completely close itself with no prompts or error codes.

I tried loading a second character on the same PC and account, and the game loads up fine. I'm even able to use the bed to log out from there. But when trying to load up Gasena Soleminos, I get the same loading error.

I called in technical support twice about this, and we tried multiple steps.
-Rebooted the PC
-Uninstalled, and reinstalled the game.
-Updated all drivers.
-Security exceptions were made on the anti-virus.
-Shut down programs on boot.
-Deleted game files from my document.
-Ran in windows mode.
-Ran in Windows 7 Compatibility mode.
-Disabled Steam Overlays.

I contacted Technical support twice now, and the last time, they ran out of options. I don't know what else I can look into.
