Missing Jumbo Cactpot Tickets

■Steps:
1. Last Saturday shortly after the Jumbo Cactpot drawing I claimed my rewards
2. Right after, I proceeded to buy new Jumbo Cactpot tickets for this weeks drawing
3. Wait until this week came
4. Shortly before 10 PM EST (Jumbo Cactpot Drawing) activated Gold Saucer VIP Card (+15% from voucher from Squadron missions)
5. Participated in the 10 PM GATE (Air Force One)
6. Use the Round Square Aetheryte and teleported to Cactpot Board
7. Tried claiming my Cactpot reward
8. I was told: "Where is your Jumbo Cactpot ticket, miss? If you have yet to purchase one, please see the broker - she can help you with everything."
9. I wait a bit and tried again with no luck
10. I restarted my client, no luck

Note: Just based on looking what I was told the winning numbers were I would have gotten 4th place, Consolation prize, Consolation prize with a +15% buff from the VIP Card and the early bird bonus (not sure how those stack / work if both are active?)
