Unending Journey missing The Silence of the Gods

Steps:
1. Take on the Stormblood Main Scenario quest "The Silence of the Gods".
2. Skip the cutscene in order to change class to avoid withdrawing from a duty.
3. Finish the quest and the following three quests.
4. Go to your Inn Room to review the cutscene you skipped.
5. Be completely disappointed that the system you trusted in to avoid missing story elements has failed you by not having that quest but several others that surround it, chronologically.
