New face paint option - Lightwarden scars

The Elezen tattoo option is this cool sort of flair up and down across the eyes that kinda looks like a "crack". Dying it white makes it look a bit like holding in the lightwarden light caused a bit of a scar. Adding an odd "white eye" to that side of the face makes an interesting effect.

It would be really cool to have some new face paint models for all characters that we could get at that point in the story that displays cracks of light where we are struggling to hold it all in. Regardless with how that whole situation resolves storywise, the scars themselves could remain.
