So I can't clear this BLU Carnival Fight without Silence

I wasn't sure where to put this as Blue Mage doesn't fall into any of the three role category that much, but I really need help here.

I didn't play BLU again before 5.0 after I capped its level and did a bit of carnival a bit, but now I'm trying to clear the Crom Dubh fight (Mission #10) as it has a bonus this week for Allied Seals and I cannot clear this fight.

Due to the changes to the battle system post 5.0 I don't recall if BLU has any INTERRUPT skills to stop the Nebulas more and the boss is completely immune to Stuns so I can't stop this OHKO from going off.

I haven't unlocked all the skills yet, just 33 of the 49 skills so far, but does BLU have any spells that inflict Silence on enemies? For whatever reason when I did a search nothing came up or told me if BLU does and it's frustrating as I cannot clear this fight as is.

Can it be cleared with the new changes to the Battle System? I know BLU isn't loved by SE that much, but this is just an oversight if BLU can't clear this fight without a Silence move or a skill to interrupt enemy moves.

Can someone help me here? Is there a move I'm missing to help stop the Black Nebulas move or is this now an unwinnable fight?

Also Flying Sardine now that I took a moment to look at the skill's descriptions. I wish it highlighted these facts to make it easier to figure out instead of the white text to make it normal.

I haven't tried Flying Sardine but usually just go with Bad Breath as it does all those other debuffs as well, poison over time and paralysis can work in your favour occasionally.

Yeah, often Flying Sardine is the go-to for being an instant cast.
