Is it okay to add another source for Verdant Partition?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I wanted to request an additional source for the furnishing Verdant Partition.

Verdant Partitions come from a level 70 dungeon and are a somewhat rare drop from the final boss. This makes their introduction to the market a bit slow right now, but the demand for them is pretty high as they are often used in bulk for plant themes or accents in houses. When Saint Mocianne's Arboretum (Hard) was current content, the price for this item was around 120-200k on my server. Now, the price is 1.2-1.3m on my data center (Crystal).

I think it can be pretty fun to have an expensive item to strive for or collect, but the nature of this item is more on the side of bulk ownership for a lot of people. Would it be okay to add this item to another source, such as retainers or maybe even crafting?

Would be nice, but probably won't happen. I don't want to spend that much on a single partition, so I've taken to soloing the dungeon as DRK; no need to compete on rolls with others this way.

As long as you keep moving when the final boss drops that mud/goo aoe on your head (name escapes me atm) so you don't get the debuff and use your cds properly, you're golden. PLD would probably have it easier since Clemency is a thing, but not sure about WAR.

WAR is great if you have a partner with you, otherwise its healing abilities are too limited. Maybe if you take it one pack at a time; I haven't really tried.

I know I can solo the dungeon at the moment with a tank, but it takes ages. 25 or so minutes for an item that drops (I'm guessing, someone please correct me if they know) 15% of the time? For me, at least, it's a bit much when I know I'll want 3-5 of them for the average project (or in the case of one home I'm lined up to decorate, 30-40 of them).

I'm fortunate enough that I can make gil at a faster rate than farming the dungeon to afford them, though it's still very stressful. I think a lot of other players are not as fortunate, and I feel really terrible when a friend or commission asks me to decorate their home as some sort of forest, or wants a section bursting with plant-life, and I have to explain this all to them. It's just such a unique stressor for decorating homes. I can't think of any other item that's in this position. I mean, I'm sure someone out there wants to cover their walls in Shinryu's Wings, but probably not a lot of someones.

I'm with you in thinking that this probably won't happen, but if enough people talk about it then maybe the developers will consider it.

Oh, it's definitely slow going, actually farming the things when the drop rate is so low. Gil isn't really an issue for me either, it's more that I just don't want to give others money for it XD.

Yeah, same. I initially bought some to help some friends but it added up a bit too quickly for me.

The 30-40 is for a friend's mansion. It's supposed to be a very vertical forest design that blocks off the basement, so a lot of verdant partitions are needed as a backdrop or accent here and there.

I'm a bit mad with myself that I didn't stockpile them because the Prices on Chaos DC are insane as well (over 1m each). Best thing to do is probably grab a bunch of friends and make a couple of quick runs on it.

I so want this to happen, I love plants and this partition was one of the best items to be added in game. If not the same I hope they just make a similar one, maybe one you can dye so you can make it look like a fall orange leaves or cherry blossoms.

Tbh I sprinkled some crafter salt all over my workbench when I saw the Verdant Partition being a drop from just that dungeon. It would be PERFECT as a crafted item but nooooo... >.>

Given it's a big item I'd be fine with requiring a considerable amount of seedlings, humus, growth formulas etc. (also to not tank the value completely), but yes please, make it crafted in addition to the drop. Shoving more and more things into loot tables or scrips just feels bad for me as a crafter :(

Please make this happen, it's one of my favourite housing items but way too frustrating to get. :(
