Wind Chime Stand ambient audio too quiet

I put down the new Moonfaire related furnishing, "Wind Chime Stand".

At first I didn't think it made any noise, despite the description implying it did.
I wear headphones, and generally keep my ambient audio louder than everything else in game (at around 30 vs 22 for voice or 11 for BGM for example. Only Performance is louder at 35).

Only after turning off BGM (which i keep around 10% as is), and moving Ambient audio 100% was I able to make out the sound of the chimes.

However, the chimes ambiance is incredibly quiet - the normal ambiance of the Mist wards (sea gulls, wind, waves, etc. ) just about drowns out the sound of the chimes, even when standing right next to the cart.

Having any other ambient audio outdoor furnishings (in my case, a Hingan Hot Spring) is practically deafening in comparison at these audio levels while wearing headphones.

I tend to prefer to keep my audios at safer levels to prevent hearing damage - so I won't be keeping these audio settings just to hear the chimes. It would be nice if they were a bit louder.
