[Visual] Dragoon / Lancer spears shaking violently during weapon drawn animation

I'd like to submit an animation issue that persists on Lancer / Dragoon when you draw your spear weapon and simply idle in the weapon ready pose. This animation is of course used during multiple cutscenes. Your spear weapon will shake independent of your character's motions.

Date & Time: Noticed 25.07.2019
Frequency: Always
NPC name: All, issue seems to persist on all races (not tested on Lalafell)
Class/Level: Lancer / Dragoon, any level
Steps:
1. Press your draw weapon key
2. Make sure you do not change the default weapon readied animation with /cpose
3. Look at the spear move desynced and incredibly shaky, independently of how your character holds it. This is extremely noticable when viewing the back end of the spear.
