Without actually listening to it myself (I'm guessing you mean the orchestrion roll?), gonna assume it's the part that remixes Eternal Wind, the FF3 world map theme.

It was played at the end of the Crystal Tower storyline cutscenes, as well as
the SB2 ending sequence
