Rage of Halone?

Not sure if this is the right place for this. But I wonder if this is supposed to happen, or if its a glitch. On PS4, I try to equip Rage of Halone to my cross bar, but instead of Rage Of Halone, it equips Royal Authority. Does RoH get replaced with RA?

Yes, if you look at the traits, it'll say it under Rage of Halone Mastery.

Yes. A trait obtained from the level 60 job quest upgrades Rage of Halone to Royal Authority.
