Lost questleves

I posted this in general chat to see if anyone else has ran into the same problem. I contacted live support and they insisted that they could do nothing but to post on the forums, so here it is.

I just logged into game, grabbed four questleves, headed for Camp Drybone on chocobo. I arrived, sat on chocobo talking with a friend for a minute. I hope off, go to start leve to be told I don't have anyone.. I thought for a second, well hell maybe I forgot to grab them, though I was sure I didn't. I use return, get back to Ul'dah, head to Adventurer's Guild to be told I have 0 allowance for questleves...

All this happened with in 10 minutes time, no disconnections, no problems, just poof and they were gone. I've changed zones, completed restarted the game, and checked journal many times, they are completely gone.
