Missing Mounts and Minions

Haziel Tex, this very one
Gladiator only 4
Solo

Steps:
1. I came back after many years of hiatus and realized i had bunch of veteran rewards and collectors stuff, on new character I made in Omega, so after playing few hours there I decided to take off the dust from this old character Haziel Tex at Moogle server, I collected 20 mails from Moogle Postbox.
2. Since wasn't new for me, I start right-click and using really fast the items, to the point, sometimes I got some message you can't another item is being used, so I would to do 2nd use on that same object
3. Opened the Minions and Mounts tab, realized I was missing out some of my items.
4. Tried that button that request rewards / purchases delivery just to see, if would pop at least the missing items and of course didn't work.

I file in-game bug report and opened a case (10640108) with some suggestions didn't apply to my case.
They suggest to file a bug report here and/or in-game tool.

Now my question is so GM can't do much about it?
How long I need to wait to get my missing items, which apparently didn't registered?
Because in end that's what happened, after I collected them all and use those.

Missing on 4 minions: Baby Gremlin, Red Mage, Wind-up Kain and Wind-up Bartz and 2 mounts: Griffin and Syldra.
My recently created char has all mounts and minions.

Did you remember to delete the previous mails? You can only have a maximum of 20 "campaign mails" in your mailbox at a time so old ones need to be deleted before you can recieve new ones.

Of course, but the problem is not that.
The problem as I stated, some items didn't registered upon using them from the inventory.
I received all the mails I should have, of course now I collected and use the items, I can't get new ones.
But this character doesn't have all items vs my new one.

If the items simply failed to be used, they should still be in your inventory. Which items are missing?

Look I know you're trying to help and to be nice, but items are not in the bag.
I know what I'm complaining, ok?
This post in forums is just for Devs to follow up as GM requested.

I may be new in FF14, but I'm not that noob that I wouldn't know such a trivial thing.

The missing items are even listed on OP.
Items were gone after being used but didn't registered on mounts and minions tab, that's all.

A problem like this after so many years of development, in my opinion is sad.

I don't believe I've ever seen any mention of a problem like this one that hasn't turned out to be the user misunderstanding something. Are you absolutely sure the items were in your inventory at one point? Please double-check that you have deleted the 20 campaign mails you've already recieved and try pressing the request delivery button afterwards.
