In the media tour before Stormblood were there a lot of changes to values/potenices/cast times/cooldowns before SB officially came out? Or were things left mostly unchanged?
There are generally a lot of potency adjustments prior to an expansion though some jobs going into ShB are really far away from where they've been.
Ninja in particular is like... a lot more powerful. I get that it's compensation for not having (or needing) enmity tools anymore but oof.
