PvP and red mages

it sucks... more than any other mmorpg class i have ever played in 15 years. Beieng used to be a pvp player from ragnarok online, world of warcraft and even swtor i uderstand that sometimes some classes or jobs are a little bit weaker or less convenient in pvp, but beieng a red mage in ffxiv just take it to a new horrible level... as if the simple idea of 1 vs 1 just becomes terrifying, if u fight a healer you will die, any close range dps, you will die and quick, any other range dps, you are good as dead, and if you see a tank... might as well start running... red mages, easy to escape from, easycto kill, easy to interupt, we heal badly and deal very low and slow damage in pvp... and we have no stuns or pushing skills... SE want us all to hate our red mage or what?
