Suggestion: QoL update Linkshells - Last Login

Greetings :)

As the title suggest, I would like to see a small update if possible too have a players last time online added to LS and Cross World Linkshells. Having been Managing a LS Community for 3 years(about to be 4 come expansion launch). It can be a bit on the frustrating side because of this one very important bit of information, which results in a very long process of finding out if said player has been active online or not so as to not wrongfully remove then from the LS.

(Adding the Last time online to LS/CWLS would instantly eliminate years of frustration lol)

The easier way would to be contact a member of this players FC (if the entire FC isn't inactive) and ask one of them to check activity and move on. The problem with that is that you can view the FC info of this player and it'll tell you where its located (if they have house) and how many of said FC are currently online but doesn't tell you who they are, so you're left hoping for a chance meeting. (Even lodestone shows you all the members of the FC but doesn't tell you if someone is online or not)

If this ^ Fails then comes a VERY LONG WINDED process using lodestone and spreadsheets that I won't get into.

I know a lot of this sounds crazy but hey I'm very dedicated to my LS and everyone apart of it. At the very least I'm hoping the Devs will at least consider this as information is very important to maintaining a community and with the World Visit System on the horizon, i'm sure some out there doing the same would like this.

what'd be the spreadsheet option? i know excel can import web pages, but i imagine setting all that up would be the hardest part.

Yes please, this is loooooong overdue.

It's a little odd to me that something like this has not been added yet. The info is in the game since FCs can keep track! Would be really nice if LS did the same!!

lol Excel etc. wouldn't make much of a difference.. That whole process I discussd in my original post, that's just for 1 single person. Imagine having to do that for 20, 30-,40 or more. What literally takes me 2-3 days too do, would only take 30-60 sec with this change. I 'm always getting asked to why this isnt a thing and left wondering myself. And seeing that FFXIV absolutely excels at QoL Changes, this one liitle change will free me and other LS's to throw all of this in the garbage. Thus allowing to just focus on having fun (again lol).

i would also like to be able to select the teleport to estate function added to linkshell functionality. If they're a friend that option should be enabled when you right click on a name in a linkshell. it's annoying slightly because i look up stuff via linkshells more than my friend's list.

This would be really nice feature I would love to see :)

A few people on a linkshell I'm not sure if they're always on when I'm off or have just quit the game lol.

5 years later and this problem still hasnt been fixed. Its so annoying having full linkshell with what could possible be half dead member and you cant kick any of them because you cant tell which is which, meanwhile you have actual active people wanting to join but cant due to space limit.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. I don't mind if my fellow FC members know when I last was online, but I'd rather not have that information easily available to random people I don't know on a linkshell. It would discourage me from joining linkshells.

It may be an inconvenience, but respecting other people's privacy often is.
