Just wondering something about the upcoming free transfer window. It's been stated that anyone with housing will receive the full price of the plot back and up to 3 mil gil to cover furnishings. I inherited an FC which is currently myself, an alt and 2 people who don't play anymore, but there is a large plot in the FCs name. If I transfer is there any way to qualify for the reimbursement of housing cost or will the FC just be dissolved and the plot put up for sale even if the FC is empty except for me? It's the only housing I own except for an apartment and would prefer not to have to save up all over again.

Depending on when you last entered the house, you might be able to just let it auto-demolition before the transfers? The last possible day of transfer for the EU would be 15.04. It takes 45 days for a house to auto-demolition, so if you didnt enter the house within the last week, you might be able to get at least 80% of the original plot-price back if you stay out of it for the next month.
