Can't unlock Wreath of Snakes Extreme...

I've completed normal mode (twice to be sure), but the Minstrel in Kugane won't give me the EX quest.. what did I miss?

Did you report back to the four lord gang in the Raisen Temple place after you did the trial the first time? I think that's a necessity i can't remember

You mean where they fix the seal and save the day? Yea, I did that.

Ok so silly question, have you checked your Raid (not Duty) Finder to make sure you didn't actually already get the trial from the minstrel?

This topic pops up every patch without fail. Maybe the game needs to be more obvious that these show up in raid finder for the first patch.

Well when you unlock an high end duty the the first time it does say with a big notice that something was added to the Raid Finder, that's pretty clear, also it mentions it in the patch notes each time (but of course not everyone reads that stuff unfortunately). The problem is players tend to forget this particular Finder exists, so what might help is if the normal versions (that have the latest Savage/Extreme) have some kind of box or link next to them which the player will easily see and can use it to forward them to the Raid Finder. It's not a perfect solution but it might be something

A number of players also don't know how to access unsync via the DF for the first time, but it's nothing a few questions can't fix just like with the Raid Finder.

I think they should add the "green dot" indicator that they have for the minions and mounts when you unlock anything new to literally every UI.

YES! Also, I would like history category which can have pinned favourites (similar to teleport and craft lists) for duty finder.
