Suggestion: Let Customers Download the Game Without a Subscription

Hello,

I think it would be very helpful to returning players if they were allowed to download the game without a game time subscription.

Reasons:

1. Trial Accounts are allowed to download the game without paying a dime.

2. Players with slow internet connections are forced to spend their game time downloading the game (this can take hours, or even days for some players).

I realize that you don't want people using up bandwidth needlessly, but there is a need here. Via steam, you can download the launcher (8 gigs), but you need a subscription to download the rest (24 gigs). I find it absurd that trial accounts have this privilege, while customers who've purchased the game with real money do not.

I realize that right now, returning players are given 4 free days of playtime and may download the game. However, I'm making this suggestion for the future, as well as for players who may have uninstalled after their 4 days were up.
