house demolished without warning, well before 45 days

Hello there so to be brief my personal house was demolished, at Mist Ward 1 Subdivision Plot 38, with no warning at all, before 45 days had elapsed. i moved IRL on july 1st and had no internet until the 12th, but i had visited my personal estate on purpose before moving and disconnecting for 12 days. I built an estate on my land, granted i didnt have much in the yard or inside but there was still a few things, hadn't really had the time to decorate. anyway. To add to the strangeness, i visited the resident caretaker, and sure enough he had some gil to recompense and all my items. I am also on cooldown and cannot simply re-buy my now vacant plot. I've only really had time to play last night and today (july 13+14) and i just noticed now after not finding my personal estate in my teleport list, i'm not exactly sure when i lost it, but again i did not leave my estate for 45 days or even close to that, and i did build an estate on my land, and i still have lost it for apparantly no reason.
(no email warnings received, nothing)

*Note that i also have a demolition timer pending in my Timers > Estate tab in-game, for an estate that has been prematurely demolished, there is no estate name under the timer, which makes me almost certain this must be a bug of some sort.*
