Unable to unlock Tsukuyumi EX

Titled says it all. Looking for some ideas on how I can get it unlocked. I've beaten the storyline to the current end and beaten the regular trail itself multiple times to see if that would help. I've also checked my trials tab to see if I've unlocked it already without knowing it. Also tried making a party finder group and checking there. Every time I go to the Wandering Minstrel, he has no quest. I've tried speaking to him just to make sure it's not just not showing up for whatever reason. Any ideas?

Just incase anyone else searches for this question and comes up with this thread, im going to put the answer down. So for the rest of this patch the trial in question wont appear in the duty finder, it appears in the raid finder. This is the "high end duty" portion of the duty finder. Next patch(4.4) it will be moved to the normal part of the duty finder, and whatever new ex trial is added will take its place in the raid finder.
