Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt is displaying as tights when used with most tops

Hi. The new glamour skirt, Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt, removed the skirt and leaves just the tights when used with most tops. I would love to use it, but with it removing the skirt with most tops that are not bikini's, it's just another pair of tights.
There is a thread in the general discussion with examples of the bug, as I don't know how to place images in.

This is normal for all leg gear that has a skirt component.
