It's never been a huge deal before Eureka, just something that happens with large scale FATEs.
Visibility priority should be given to my party members then monsters/NPCs then alliance members and finally non-party/alliance playable avatars. It's gets old that my tank and the mob he is fighting disappeared based on what direction I am facing and where their location is in my field of view.
