How about redesigning

I've been playing since 2.0 prelaunch and I still don't own a house. Right now there's houses available that I can't purchase. I feel like most players who have been waiting for their house ripped that they still don't have a house.

I'm wondering why all houses hold the data for FC houses. It would be much easier on the servers to have specific quarters with new designed maps and allow people with houses already to relocate first. It would likely make people more happy since FC houses and personal houses are mixed together and it just doesn't feel a neighborhood at all.

I just think it'd feel much more like a city / town this way. I figure the only problem of this would be the time it takes to design but the situation is kind of bad right now anyways.

I honestly feel like this would be kind of a cool idea, if they ever opened housing in Ishgard. Make it something completely different from what housing is now in the other wards.
