Constant packet loss

Anyone here playing on JP data center also getting lag or packet loss? I started getting about 10 seconds of packet loss starting around 3 days ago. I tried using PingPlotter is see where it is happening. Seems like maybe I am having extremely high latency starting from flagtel over in UK. My Lodestone and this forum page is also loading very slowly. I tried VPN as it is the obvious answer to what most people suggested, however VPN did not help me. It actually made it worse.
