Suggestion to house buying criteria

First of all, this is an MMO, if you want anything good you have to grind your way for it, and I'm not just talking about just simply grinding gil, because there're tons of bot crafters & gatherers out there. If you want to make it fair for the truly dedicated & active fanbase who played all the contents this game has to offer, you better set a criteria who can buy which plot based on their current level status

-LARGE plot should only be buyable by those who have reached lv70 in all jobs
-MEDIUM plot: cut the above criteria by half
-SMALL plot: cut the above criteria by half

How to implement this into the current system? make it so that until the next housing patch is established, house/fc owners who're not satisfied with the aforementioned criteria will have their current plot auto-demolished, not only this will fix the current situation of alts abuse, but also enhance the other gameplay aspect, like DF queue time, healthier ingame economy, etc. Please consider this SE.

You shouldn't be forced to level all your jobs just to get a house....what? So you're suggesting people be forced to level classes they hate to play or that cause them great anxiety to play just for the opportunity to buy a home..? Besides, you can just buy job skip potions to get to 60 and go from there so it won't necessarily have much benefit, although it may put more money in SE's pocket...

Alt abuse could be solved much more simply by just locking it to 1 house per account per server. Also, I notice that you craft. Do you know what happens when EVERYONE is a level 70 crafter/gatherer??? Well, then it becomes pointless. I don't think it would create a healthy economy at all, rather it'd create one overflowing with supply and no demand to speak of.

There is a lot (and enough) grinding already just by trying to make enough money to buy a house tho.

Demolishing homes for people who don't meet new req of having all jobs to 70 would definitely cause a wave of people to unsub and quit. That is just cruel punishment. I guess empty plots would be easier to find when all the players are gone, but they should make a better solution that makes people happy instead of dropping nukes on the community.

Why players should be forced to level jobs, cause you love levelling so everyone else should also love it?

I like pvp and ranked specifically, let's set only diamond players have the right to purchase large plots.

Housing should open to everyone who enjoys the game

To prove what? That one does not have much going on IRL and a lot of time to spend in this game? What happens to the freedom to chose to play the only jobs that one likes?

We need a solution to the housing issue, but this proposal doesn’t even come close to a practical or probable solution.

That's the only way to fix the current problem of alt abuse now. Currently SE is looking into expanding server capacity & build more wards, but it's never gonna be enough, there's gonna be a majority of players who just log in at housing patch day, got lucky enough snipe a plot, then never got back, or flipping house for billions after that, and then never come back, or do little to contribute to server economy. By setting the leveling job requirement as a filter, it'd lessen the stress burden on the server side since there's only a small percentage of players who gonna have access to it, & it's gonna be the active people for sure. Plus, from a logistical point of view, SE will have enough data to know when they need to expand more wards in the future based on the percentage of players who are actively leveling & the amount of gil they currently have. It's a win-win situation for them. Housing should be considered an achievement privilege in this game & not a self-entitlement.

If you mean levelling is the only grinding in this game and making gils is not
