Removing people from parties

This has only happened to me two times since starting a few months ago but each time it happened, my gut drops to the floor. It most recently happened in a learning party. It's always unexpected and without explanation. Despite my social anxiety, I try to engage in dungeons and raids but things like this make me never want to do anything social again.

Please, if you want to remove someone from a party for any reason, tell them. Even with the new tell system I wasn't offered an explanation when asked. Since the update you don't even have to make it a party chat issue.
