Since ARR and even some HW hunt targets die within seconds of pulling what would people think of the idea if they were scaled to the number of people within close proximity? Would make it more challenging and allow people who are still traveling to them to get a hit in before they die since there's much bitterness from people who don't make it on time either because of a late announcement or ninja pulls. Pretty sure SE could rig it to work like that?
