Steps:
1. Accept Beast Tribe Quest "Gaelicat's out of the Bag"
2. Be mounted
3. Attempt to use quest item "Dried Cloudcrawler" on quest NPC "Stray Gaelicat"
4. Item will NOT automatically dismount character like other quest items. Receive "Cannon execute at this time" error

Were you by any chance riding the Sanuwa from one of the other Vanu Vanu quests? Quest mounts don't auto-dismount.
