Housing furniture not render

Hello,

I don't know since when this happen. I think after I add a bunch of furniture to my housing. As the title says, these is one furniture that does not render. It will render if I walk closer to it or change viewpoint, it's quite random. It only happen to this piece of furniture. Also it will not render at all if I'm in the first person camera. Is this normal?
