FC room contents on demolition

Quick question:

If we let our FC house be demolished, what happens to the items in private rooms? Are they able to be reclaimed like items from a private house?

Yes, there are 35 days for individual members to pick up their items from the Resident Caretaker. After that, like the general housing items if not picked up, they vanish for good.

The only exception is any stabled chocobo, there's no deadline for when that has to be retrieved by.
