Cant annul marriage

I was previously married on another server (gilgamesh) but i transfered to my current server (mateus) a long time ago, and on mateus i annuled my marriage from gilgamesh. skip forward in time to now, im trying to get married again to my irl girlfriend and it wont let me. it ask me to annul my marriage by giving over my ring, but since ive already done that the ring doesnt exist and i cant annul the marriage to get married again. ive filled out 3 tickets no response, made emails, no response. called customer support they said they couldnt help me. someone please help me.

This is what happens when people don't read the fine print, that I know of their is no way to get back that ring, not sure if event provider might have it to reissue not sure how that would work if that is an option. I know you can get relics and such, achievement awards ect. have you checked?

When people dont read the fine print? I did exactly as your supposed to. I gave my ring to the NPC to annul the wedding and in the process it was destroyed. And i checked the calamity salvager and other such, also all invetories including retainers and armoury chest. disposed of anything possibly relating to previous marriage. It still thinks i never annuled the previous marriage.
