Support Desk is stuck on Retrieving Information

My support desk is stuck on retrieving information and I've rebooted everything and
nothing is working

I'm also constantly getting the "Your Support Desk query has been answered. To view the reply, access Recent Replies & Notices located under the Support Desk's Information tab." since a report I've made on July 6th
