New Character Not Showing Up For Tales of Adventure: Heavensward

I'm sure there is a certain amount of time it takes for it to show up, but I am curious as to how long it takes. I created a new character, wanted to jump right into things without playing my old character, go to the Mog Station to buy the Tales of Adventure: Heavensward, it shows the list of characters, and the one I created about 30 mins ago is not showing up. I have been sitting browsing the Mog Station store, coming back to it after every few mins.

If it's a bit of time, please let me know so I can stop wasting my time waiting on this in order to play, and go play something else while I wait. Thank you in advance for the help.

yeah it roughly take a few hours for the system to register a new character once its been made, I'm assuming you went through the whole tutorial thing which then means you just gotta be patient, it will show up :)
